I conceptualised a “freebie” marketing strategy for MAC patients and staff who came on-site during the COVID-19 pandemic. Every potential patient would be offered a free gift package, including a fabric mask, branded hand sanitiser, and a fabric tote bag. This would help MAC raise public awareness, provide reassurance to patients we prioritise their safety on and off-site and act as wearable pieces of brand marketing.
